Tormentor Mentor ~ Are You Crazy Rebecca?
Karen Salmansohn: View Your “Tormentor” As Your “Mentor!” View challenging people as your assignment. Ask yourself: “What is this person meant to teach me?” Every person in our lives has a lesson to teach. Some lessons include: to become stronger, to be more communicative, to trust one’s intuition, to be more self-loving, to know when to let go—to be nothing like this person. from Positively Positive
If you are in a situation where someone is a Tormentor, even someone you love… decide today that you will learn the lesson they have to teach you. That has a powerful way of bringing your power back to yourself. OMG…this was a light bulb moment for me…Karen Salmansohn has a way of provoking those in me. Her view of life is so real, it’s scary…I am always saying why didn’t I say that?

Turn the Negative into Positive By Changing Your Thinking
I have a few many people in my life that are challenging on their best days. Now I can actually smile when they poke at me because I know when I feel that verbal punch in the gut I know a life lesson is underway. I usually put my hand on my tummy and say to myself, “I am okay and what do I need to learn from this?” It works especially fine and dandy with my ex-husband!!! This action usually brings a smile to my face, which perplexes the tormentor. And that is just way cool for me in that moment!!!
Try it…for you!!! XOXOX
