Plugging along with these remarkably productive baby steps is paying off. I am amazed at the progress I am seeing and feeling. The a 90-Day Summer Simplifying Challenge is bringing order to my life. The consistency of daily efforts, headed in a pre-determined direction, are working.

My Summer Simplifying Challenge
Will I ever be a minimalist? Probably Not. Will I survive with less? Absolutely!
It is the consistency of baby steps that have proved the most to me. Remember how overwhelmed I felt initially? I was fretting over the BIG picture and missing the fact that a consistent effort put forth over a period of time can produce amazing results. This has been an eye opener Ah Ha moment for me!
Any task does not need to be overwhelming. I can now break it down into the smallest of sections and visualize the end. My Summer Simplifying Challenge has birthed enlightenment.
Do I know exactly the outcome as yet? No. But that does not matter any more. I stay focused on the task at hand, this one day and what I can do to take just one baby step. And it works. The 90-Day Summer Simplifying Challenge will spawn many such undertakings in the future. I now know with every fiber of my being that I can do BIG things, major things one baby step at a time.
I am feeling unstoppable with this knowledge. I know great things are ahead. I understand how consistency of effort propels you toward your dreams. It has been an amazing journey so far. I am positively expectant about the future and the last month of the challenge. I hope that many of you who are following this journey will be inspired to undertake your own journey and challenge…what ever that may be. 🙂

- One box, sorted and things placed into the ‘outta here’ boxes!
- The house is clean and orderly.
Today’s Setbacks
- We took some time to play today before we did our tasks. That made it more difficult to dig in late in the evening.
