Monday Marketing Minute #37 Twitter Demystified Series

written by Rebecca E. Parsons

This is Part 3 in a series of 10 MM Minutes about Demystifying Twitter.

A strong brand is invaluable to artists. Twitter is one of the quickest ways to build brand recognition for you and your art business. A strong and recognizable creative brand is invaluable to an artist and serves to communicate credibility to your prospective collectors and buyers and other artists as well.

We have learned about your @Name and Profile picture and bio. This week we add your website to your profile page.

Twitter will drive traffic to your site if you use it well. Add your website or blog address to your profile.  Make sure your portfolio is easily visible to visitors. You have about 3 seconds to engage them…make the most of it!!!

Action Step: Spend some time looking over other artists portfolio pages. Clear some time to update your website or blog to include your portfolio.
