Bethenny’s Arugula Salad

I was looking for something to do on Thursday. I am starting a new regular column…Foods I Love 2 Make (and Eat). I love this salad and make it ALL the time. Simple, beautiful and quick!!! Enjoy!!!

YUMMMM!!!

This is one of my favorite salads to whip up when unexpected guests drop by. You can add a can of tiny shrimp or some cut up chicken to make it more of a meal. Let me know what you think!!!
