I heart Valentine’s Day. It is my second favorite holiday next to Thanksgiving. I am sending this greeting and tiny artwork, inspired by a vintage Valentine’s Day card of old.
What I did:
I created this from a vintage postcard image that was taken into PhotoShop and adjusted and cleaned up. Then I printed the image on heavy watercolor paper and painted it with watercolor and pastels. After it dried, I scanned it back into PhotoShop and applied the sentiment.
Feel free to ‘borrow’ it and send it to your special Valentine.
