Easter Meals with Ecce Panis Bread #EasterMeals

written by Rebecca E. Parsons

Bread holds a deep fascination for me. I love to eat it and I love to make it. I am especially fond of the new artisan breads that are appearing on the shelves of our local grocery stores. Today I found lovely baskets of breads at my local Walmart. I had to try a couple of varieties…

#EasterMeals

Easter meals, homemade bread, Walmart, appetizers, Ecce Panis Bread I am doing research for my Easter meals (#EasterMeals) appetizers. Ecce Panis Breads will probably play a part in that. I usually make homemade bread myself. It takes hours though. So I may make an exception this time. Why?

If I can save valuable time by purchasing a well-made artisan bread to bake at home…then that is a plus during Easter meal prep. That way I can concentrate on family and friends. Also, they are handcrafted, stone baked gourmet artisan breads just like I make. Plus the ECCE PANIS breads are so good, I can claim them as my own!!! Shhhhhh…don’t let my family know please.

Ecce Panis Bake at Home bread is found locally at our Walmart. Ecce Panis has just a few varieties from which to choose at my Walmart: Ciabatta Loaf, Neo-Tuscan  Mini Boule and Demi Baquettes. I bought two…came home and baked them…really easy to do.

Bake for 8-10 minutes… I thought Ecce Panis was French initially, however it is actually Latin meaning “Behold the Bread.” Soooo behold the bread…

I like to rub butter on the bread straight from the oven

Then I mixed a simple spread for them. Here is how I do it…
