Melted Snowman (White Hot Chocolate)

These make great gifts for friends and family for any occasion from Christmas to birthdays, to just a winter’s day pick me up for someone who is feeling down. Click on the FREE PRINTABLE set below. It will open in a new window. (WIN) right click and save or (MAC) drag to desktop. Print out on cardstock or heavy paper. Cut along dotted lines and fold in half lengthwise. Fill snack size zipper bags with 1/4 of the mix. Place topper over the top of bag and staple in place.

For this recipe you will need:

an airtight jar that holds around 1 quart or 1.130 litres

or a ziplock bag

the bag topper

Melted Snowman Ingredients:

2 tsp. vanilla powder

2 tsp. dried orange peel

1 cup grated white chocolate or white chocolate chips

miniature marshmallows

Combine and blend the ingredients in a small bowl. Divide into 4 equal 1/4 C portions and place in snack size baggie. Store in an airtight container until ready to give away. You could give this in a Quart Mason jar also.

Directions:

Melted Snowman White Hot Chocolate – Serves 2

1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup Melted Snowman White Hot Chocolate Mix
In a small saucepan, heat the milk until bubbles form around the outside. Add the White Hot Chocolate Mix and whisk until the chocolate is melted. Continue to whisk until the mixture is hot.
