Most Creative People for 2010…3 Bloggers Made the Cut

written by Rebecca E. Parsons

I have been telling you that you need a Blog!!!

Fast Company released it’s 100 Most Creative People in Business list. The list includes a wide variety of people and shows that creativity is alive and thriving in 2010. 24 are women. Check it out a read some of the innovations and be inspired.

They also released the 10 Most Creative Women in Buisness list. Although I didn’t make this year’s list, I can aim for next year and so can you!

There are only 2 named in Art and 6 in Design. There are 18 people named in Media.

I was most excited to find not one, but three bloggers making the cut.   At 61 is Lisa Stone Founder, CEO, BlogHer, 85th Tavi Gevinson Blogger, Style Rookie, and 97th Michael Williams Blogger, A Continuous Lean.Blogging is BIIIIIIGGGGG!!!

BlogHer’s Stone’s network comprises 80 editors across 20 content areas on blogher.com; 2,500 affiliated bloggers; and a directory of 25,000 blogs…covering topics such as politics, infertility, and gluten-free groceries-that attract more than 20 million unique visitors a month.  14 year-old Tavi Gevinson began her blog, Style Rookie, at age 11, to indulge her obsession with designers Rei Kawakubo, Prada, Herve Leger, and others. She  has 54,000 daily readers. In 2007, Michael Williams launched A Continuous Lean, a men’s style blog dedicated to all wares American-made. Since then he has hatched a mini-Americana empire: The American List, his compilation of brands manufactured in the U.S.
