Today was it. Today I had my headshot captured at the brick wall in Emily McArthur’s Photography Studio. This is the brick wall where all Collective Bias employees stand for their moment. Eighty-seven highly creative, game changing thought leaders have gone before me. I felt the energy of them all as I took my place at the wall.
This wordsmith is finding it difficult to express exactly what this moment means to me. For now I will say grateful tears of joy have been shed as I have been onboarding in Bentonville, Arkansas this week with four amazing newbies. I have learned so much during the process and have many ideas as I move into my new position as soFab Creative Coordinator. I will be providing creative graphic and blog design services for our community of influencers and lending a creative hand to soFab U.
As the newest member of the Community Relations Team, I join a group of talented and engaged women who are smart, savvy and successful. I am privileged to be among them, to learn from them and to grow with them. I report to Courtney Lawless and Debba Haupert, both of whom I consider brilliant women doing what they love with style.
As my career journey moves in the direction of my dreams, I am thankful for the opportunity to use the skillset I have amassed through years of diligent study and hard work. My pledge is to strive to do whatever it takes to assist in the expected growth of Collective Bias.

I am so super excited for all your many well deserved blessings. May our FATHER continue to bless and keep you and all that you adore and hold dear.
CONGRATS Rebecca! Very excited to have you as part of the team! Yay for your brick wall pic!!! =)
I remember your post, I believe your first, for the community. I was so excited about it that I logged into the Skype group and asked everyone to check it out and comment. I was so happy to see so many CB leaders give you props on your great work. It’s been a long time coming, but I knew you would finally get there! Congrats, Rebecca!
So exciting! Congratulations!

Much Love Rebecca – glad to have you on the corporate side of the house now as well =). It was so good to see you!!! You inspire me and the countless clients that I get to show your content to on a daily basis! Keep on, keeping on. My new fav quote “if your dreams don’t scare you…they’re not big enough”!
That is so awesome Rebecca! Congrats on joining the team! I’m sure you’ll do an awesomesauce job (sorry – had to say it – lol)!!
