Coming this spring, Rita’s new revised and expanded version of her book “Unconditional self-love:what it is, why it is important and how  to nourish it in our life” will be available. It will include her personal story of how the creative process taught her to love herself, everything she learned about unconditional self love,  art and affirmations,  and eight additional self love building exercises.
