I have indeed learned to live fully within the soul that is me. I am holding that space with inspired awe as I grow forward with each step of my journey. Someone mentioned finishing their spring cleaning and I though that this season of my life is all about clearing the cobwebs, both literally and figuratively…as I simplify my life in 2012.
my cozy new home take shape
I started the new year with a new home…a smaller, quieter space meant to give me peace as I heal from the harshness of the past four years. I will not bemoan belabor whine about the past as I know that it has helped me be where I am today. And today is good and full of joy!!!
Trying to fit a four bedroom home with a full artist’s studio into a two bedroom villa is not a task for the faint of heart. It requires a systematic purging and a letting go of which I am not too familiar. I need Nate Berkus and crew big time as I didn’t have a clue where to begin!!
So I just began…one piece at a time…saying good-bye and letting it go on to someone else who will love it as much as I have. I will be sharing more and more of the simplifying journey as the months pass…
