What to Do with Old Magazines? Make Furniture

written by Rebecca E. Parsons

I am off to The Outer Banks for Click Retreat this week. I thought you would love to see this post from a while back where I made a tuffet from some old magazines and HIMself’s old belts!!!

Talk about creative living…this is it in spades. NJUStudio offers a new Magazine Stool and retailing for $150USD.

I love it, however I could so make one. Let me raid my hubby’s belts and I’ll be back with a faux one in a few…

You know all those Cloth, Paper, Scissors or Veranda magazines you can’t bear to part with? Well here’s the perfect way to store them beautifully…

my version

I would love to see your version.

WOW! What a great idea! I have tons of magazines and usually I donate them or throw them out to be recycled. This is so much better and original! Thanks for sharing.

What a totally original idea! I think I would love that! My 6 foot plus boys would have a little trouble- but I wouldn’t let them have a turn anyway:)

So cool! I just pulled 40 magazines out from under the bed, and this would be such a great way to upcycle.
