The studio is going to take a while it seems. 30 years of gathering, dissolving a teaching studio in combination with a small space is overwhelming. Why does deep cleaning make everything else a mess? This studio is a proving to be a BIG challenge! If I ever want to get to my art supplies, I must resolve this challenge. But it is not proving to be an easy task.
My Simple Summer Simplifying Challenge
{Coming clean} I feel as though I am working in circles at this point. I am moving things around, literally. I cannot seem to get a grasp of where things need to live in this small space. I keep telling myself baby steps. Yet the baby steps feel too slow for me to see progress. I am trying not to allow this feeling that I am not moving forward to thwart the entire process.
Today’s Accomplishments
- Things sorted and some items placed into the ‘outta here’ boxes!
Today’s Setbacks
- I had a feeling of overwhelm and frustration that progress is not apparent.
