Turn the Negative into Positive By Changing Your Thinking
I have a few many people in my life that are challenging on their best days. Now I can actually smile when they poke at me because I know when I feel that verbal punch in the gut I know a life lesson is underway. I usually put my hand on my tummy and say to myself, “I am okay and what do I need to learn from this?” It works especially fine and dandy with my ex-husband!!! This action usually brings a smile to my face, which perplexes the tormentor. And that is just way cool for me in that moment!!!
Try it…for you!!! XOXOX
