We are forever going to grow in our strength or our genius…weather you want to or not, the universe will get your attention. You have choices to make along the way…they are not always easy or peaceful…when you face a fear it is the opportunity to reach out and grab your purpose.

Your limits are your fears or your blocks. As an artist, I often face those fears of self-doubt and not good enough. They are painful for me, sometimes paralyzingly so…however, I usually walk through it.

I literally walk in mindful conversation with myself. It was during one of these lengthy walks that I came to the realization:
