The Elegantly Sumptuous Luxe 4 Less DIY Christmas Decor Vignette #19 is using lots of glass to bring sparkle and shine into the decorating scheme. I found these tall glass goblets at my favorite decorating store…Goodwill. I had been looking at them in the stores for over $20. I picked these two up for under $5. Score!!!
I filled them with ornaments from the Midnight Clear collection at Kmart to bring the blue and silver onto the right side of my mantle. These pieces also added the height I needed on this side. They are resting on a stack of books, also from Goodwill, that I covered with newsprint paper used for packing.
I draped a strand of beads over the books and around the bottoms of the goblets to give texture and interest to the vignette. The LED lights act as an uplight and create beautiful patterns on the wall at night!
