Boomer Geek Girl Learns About a Motorola XOOM Tablet #MotoCalyp

written by Rebecca E. Parsons

Most of you know that I love my Android 4G phone. It brought me into this world of apps and texting and I am hooked. So the next logical step would be an Android tablet…and I have my eye on this one:

Motorola XOOM Tablet

I started my research online as I always do. I really like that this model features a 10.1″ high-definition touch-screen display, Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system, 1.0 GHz Dual Core processor speed, 1GB RAM, up to 64GB on-board storage, 5 MP digital camera, digital media card reader, 720p video capture, built-in CMOS webcam, Android™ Music Player, WiFi browsing and IPS technology, Bluetooth, and 1280 x 800 resolution to showcase movies and games with beautiful clarity. Right now there is a “Buy Now & Get Free 2-day Shipping” offer with or without a plan by clicking here. WOW!

It has a compact design (weighs only 1.4 lbs. and measures just 0.5″ thin) for easy portability. I love the way it feels in my hands. It is really like a giant cell phone in feel and action. My fingers work better on the keyboard than the phone keyboard. The best thing about it is the clear Hi-def screen…it is amazing. It has such clarity and the colors look great on it.

You can access more than 250,000 other apps—many designed just for tablets—through the Android Market™. That is a whole load of apps…so I could spend hours just browsing the apps. Buy Now & Get Free 2-day Shipping offer by clicking here.

I would also want a Portfolio Case that protects your tablet when you’re on the go. I especially like this for hands-free use. It retails for $39. I would probably buy a keyboard for $69 also.

The XOOM is everything a tablet should be.

I am considering purchasing this product. The G4 Motorola XOOM runs on the Verizon Wireless network.

See my XOOM in-person shopping experience here. I was not able to take photos of  me looking at the XOOM!!! Remember right now there is a “Buy Now & Get Free 2-day Shipping” offer by clicking here.
